Feast of the Presentation of the Lord

On 02 February we celebrated the feast of Presentation of Lord. This is also known as Candle Mass.  It marks the return of light, a symbol of protection and prosperity. The rite began outside the church and faithful entered the church with candle lit. Fr Anil Dsouza explained the significance of the feast.
